- Have extensive knowledge of our partner hotels and destinations
- Provide regular updates on special offers, hotel updates and new promotions
- Conduct sales training for tour operator and agency staff
- Coordinate marketing activities and tactical offers to drive revenue
- Update hotel content on partner websites
- Coordinate contracts and connectivity with channel managers
- Coordinate site inspections and FAM trips
- Assist with group, wedding and individual reservation enquiries
