The Hospes Palacio del Bailio has been built over the remains of an impressive Roman villa and indoor Roman baths. Influenced by the historic Islamic architecture and Roman remains, the hotel is a truly unique destination.
The hotel is set in the heart of the Cordoba, just a 15-minute walk from the Cordoba mosque and a short distance from the Jewish Quarter and the Synagogue, the only one of its kind in Andalusia. Cuisine and history come together in the restaurant Arbequina, where you can enjoy the traditional Cordoban flavours prepared with the freshest of ingredients and the latest culinary methods whilst contemplating the remains of an ancient Roman house right under your feet through the glass floor.
Through the Patio de los Naranjos and the Mudejar area of the hotel, you will reach the patio of the Bodyna spa, flanked by Roman columns, where teams of professionals will pamper you with treatments in the massage rooms.
