The Hospes Amerigo Hotel, an old Salesian Convent, that has been sympathetically refurbished to create an outstanding venue with plenty of style and character. It is situated in the lively historic centre of Alicante, with the most famous landmarks such as the Co-cathedral of San Nicolás, just two minutes away. Spend an evening in the city’s old quarter, also known as the Barrio, where you will find the authentic Alicante nightlife. If you are looking for sun, sea and sand relaxation, the Postiguet beach is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Alicante is synonymous with the Mediterranean diet thanks to its different types of rice dishes, fish and seafood and the use of fresh garden produce in its cuisine. The hotel is exceptionally located in Alicante, right in the city’s business centre. The 12 meeting rooms, with a capacity for up to 200 people, have natural lighting. It is also possible to hold events outdoors in the Amérigo passageway and on the hotel terrace.
When it comes to relaxation, there is a Spa with sauna and fitness area, swimming pools (indoor or outdoor, depending on the season) and a terrace-solarium with panoramic views of Alicante, where you can enjoy a massage. The spa focuses on personalised treatments with natural and organic products.
