A Whirlwind Few Days in Singapore

Hosted by Pan Pacific Hotels Group and co-ordinated with Nikki Buse,
Destinations Unlimited, and EXO Travel.

I’ve just wrapped up an inspiring few days in Singapore, and one thing stood out at every turn: Pan Pacific Hotels Group delivered an exceptional line‑up of properties for meetings, incentives and events.

After landing at Changi, with our pre-fam group of UK buyers, we settled into Pan Pacific Orchard, our base for the visit. The site inspection there set the tone — modern, calming, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful spaces for groups. Lunch at Mosella fuelled us up before exploring Little India, Kampong Gelam and Chinatown, followed by a glittering dinner 62 floors up at High House.

Day two began with the magic of Gardens by the Bay before diving into more Pan Pacific excellence. First stop: PARKROYAL on Beach Road, where sustainability and style genuinely work hand in hand. Then on to Pan Pacific Singapore, a flagship property with serious MICE credentials — expansive ballrooms, flexible meeting spaces and a prime Marina Bay location. We wrapped the afternoon with MICE presentations, cocktails and canapés hosted by the Pan Pacific team.

Monday incorporated another Pan Pacific highlight: PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay — Singapore’s first “garden‑in‑a‑hotel.” Its soaring atrium, biophilic design and deep sustainability ethos made it a real standout for large‑scale events.

All of this came just as Singapore prepared to host The Meetings Show Asia Pacific on 14–15 April, where Pan Pacific Hotels Group would be exhibiting. After experiencing their properties firsthand, I left genuinely excited to reconnect with the team at the show.

Before heading to the airport, I squeezed in one final highlight: a hosted‑buyer showround and dinner at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering — the iconic “hotel‑in‑a‑garden.” With its sky terraces, cascading greenery and eco‑luxury approach, it was the perfect finale to a trip full of ideas and inspiration.

Singapore continues to raise the bar for global events — and Pan Pacific Hotels Group is right there leading the way!
