It was quite an experience to leave rainy, windy and a very cold London, to be surprised by a very sunny and warm Malaga after just 2 ½ hours flight!
This fam trip started on a good note! And it became even better when we were transported, in only 15 minutes, to a beautiful terrace, having a nice cold beverage and overlooking the stunning bay of Málaga , Gibralfaro Castle and our Gran Hotel Miramar
After this relaxing break, by foot we were exploring the hidden gems in Malaga, ie the oldest bar in the city Old Guard House, the trendy SoHo district, the food market, where we sampled some delicious local tapas, and to top it all off, a Flamenco lesson and a Picasso painting workshop class….well, we tried!
In the evening, we were staying at the stunning Gran Hotel Miramar, a re-converted architectural jewel with all its historical and architectural features to make it the only 5-star grand luxury hotel in Malaga. The rooftop bar is such a superb space, where we were sipping our pre-dinner cocktails with a stunning view over the Mediterranean. This hotel is excellent for meetings, incentives, exquisite dining and should be considered for any event – so please contact us!
