After studying modern languages at the University of Durham, Rowan began her career in travel with the luxury tour operator Scott Dunn, where she set up and managed the European Escapes team. Her time there gave her extensive knowledge of the luxury tour operator market. She joined Hosmark in 2009 to focus on the leisure market. Her expertise lie in the UK Tour Operator and Wholesaler market and she manages hotel accounts across the Far East, Middle East, Indian Ocean and Europe.
