In the heart of tulip country

The NH Noordwijk Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst hotel works as much for leisure guests as it does for business travelers. It’s in the stunning tulip field region and close to a long, sandy beach. Transport-wise, it is an easy drive from both Leiden and Schiphol Airports. The 513 rooms are available in a Standard or Deluxe category. Many of them have a view over the tulip fields, which bloom with a riot of colour between the end of March and May. The hotel has also been awarded the Green Key certification, a globally recognised certification in the tourism sector, thanks to its environmental commitment.

At the California Boiler Grill their à la carte menu offers a wide variety of options, and food allergies and special diets are also catered for. Or head to Las Dunas, a cozy venue for drinks and bites, or try the terrace, the perfect place to relax outside.

With 123 meeting rooms – one of them big enough to fit 2,000 people – they are all set up for business. You’ll find plenty of lobbies and terraces for more informal meetings and there are many options for coffee breaks and meals.

The renovated Aqua Fitness Centre has a swimming pool, spa and gym, plus there is an indoor bowling alley and squash courts.

Hosmarkhotels ‘Going Greener’ strategy has been developed as MICE, leisure & business travel markets are beginning to concentrate their activities on suppliers that have strong green credentials. As many of our partners are in diverse destinations, it is key that the hotels are operated in a sustainable way and that the impact of tourism does not have an adverse effect  on the indigenous people and wider environment of that country.

Many of our hotel partners are committed to environmental, social and cultural conservation across their locations and are working towards recognised accreditations. As such, we have asked our hotels to provide details of their policies and activities in our survey below. More information and links to the evidence that support this survey can be found here:  This hotel's Green Survey
