Disney® Business Solutions is located 35 miles from Paris with its own Eurostar/TGV and RER train terminal providing easy access from the UK in under 3 hours. The venue is 40 kilometres from Roissy Charles De Gaulle International Airport with a 10 minute TGV transfer or 30 minutes by road. Regular shuttle services connect with Orly Airport with a 35 minutes transfer time.

The main Disney hotels offer a total 8,200 rooms. There are four accommodation options:

Disney® Business Solutions contains two large, flexible conference centres capable of seating over 4,000 delegates, plus two huge event spaces capable of accommodating over 6,000 delegates. In addition, the theme parks can be used for corporate functions - all spaces are available for exclusive use.

• Disney's Hotel New York® Convention Centre provides a flexible conference venue with a total of 55 meeting rooms with a maximum theatre capacity of 2,200
• Disney's Newport Bay Club® Convention Centre provides a flexible conference venue with a total of 29 meeting rooms with a maximum theatre capacity of 2,300.
• The Disney Events Arena® is a huge, state of the art events space for up to 4,000 delegates. It provides a pillar free, flat space that can adapt to any product launch or conference format. With a height of 12 metres and an area of 6,500 square metres, it can accommodate 4,000 delegates theatre style, 3,500 for a sit down dinner or 6,000 for a reception.
• Dôme Disney® Village offers 2,300 square metres of neutral space for 1,200 theatre or 2,000 for cocktails and dinner.
• Disney Theme Parks - the Disneyland Park® and Walt Disney Studios Park® can both be privatised for corporate events.
