A beach retreat where every moment is breezy

Tucked away on the quieter southern side of Koh Samui, Avani+ Samui is a peaceful haven that offers an escape amidst unspoiled tropical nature. The boutique resort boasts of 58 chic rooms and pool villas just steps away from the beach, featuring cool design elements, deluxe beds and warm lighting to create a cosy atmosphere. Each comes with a 42-inch flat-screen TV, a separate sofa seating area and a rain shower in the bathroom.

You can spend endless hours by one of the resort’s two swimming pools or treat yourself to a day at the AVANISPA before winding down with cocktails at the resort’s bar and restaurant, where you can also savour the taste of Samui, serving all-time classic Thai dishes and international favourites. Theme nights are also available weekly by the beach.

The resort offers plentiful opportunities for relaxation. Start with a laid-back visit to the village of Thong Krut, or get whisked away to Chaweng and Lamai via the resort's shuttle bus services. Those looking for an adventure can go island-hopping around the five islands, a collection of beautiful remote shores with scenic limestone outcroppings that are just 20 minutes away from the resort.

Although AVANI+ Samui does not have any formal meeting space there are areas available throughout the resort for informal meetings. It is perfect for a group buyout, getaway, or incentive trip.

Hosmarkhotels ‘Going Greener’ strategy has been developed as MICE, leisure & business travel markets are beginning to concentrate their activities on suppliers that have strong green credentials. As many of our partners are in diverse destinations, it is key that the hotels are operated in a sustainable way and that the impact of tourism does not have an adverse effect  on the indigenous people and wider environment of that country.

Many of our hotel partners are committed to environmental, social and cultural conservation across their locations and are working towards recognised accreditations. As such, we have asked our hotels to provide details of their policies and activities in our survey below. More information and links to the evidence that support this survey can be found here:  This hotel's Green Survey
