Grace began her career in travel within the Thomas Cook Product team, looking after many destinations over the years, then taking a Product Managers role for the luxury operator Bailey Robinson. Her time working for these operators has given her an extensive understanding of the main stream and luxury operator markets, along with a vast range of destination knowledge.
