Roger began his hospitality career in tour operating; working in Spain, France and Greece. His hotel career started in 1985 with Crest Hotels and ended up by running the European Sales Team for Inter-Continental Hotels and Resorts. He set up Hosmark in 2001. A firm believer in the work/home life balance, he spends his leisure time enjoying sports and playing golf. He devotes time to Down’s syndrome charities and to a local school for children with severe learning difficulties.
