HONG KONG – Mira Moon
A contemporary interpretation of Chinese mythology...
Opened in November 2013, the 91 room Mira Moon is unique boutique design hotel nestled in bustling Causeway Bay on Hong Kong Island.
The Mira Moon's vibrant and contemporary design has created a refreshing interpretation of Chinese traditions in the modern, high-tech Hong Kong, by the architects Wanders & yoo, and is ideal for small groups and incentives. The 90 stylish rooms and 1 striking penthouse suite are equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, portable Wi-Fi On The Go, HD LED IPTV, iPad mini, handy smartphone with free international and local calls and unlimited 3G data, Apple docking station, air play music system, complimentary mini bar (non-alcoholic), Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, gourmet teacakes and laptop sized safe.
The Mira Moon does not have any integral meeting space but a small meeting room in the adjacent property is available for hire. The Mira Moon's Supergiant Tapas and Cocktail Bar is the go-to place for sharing Spanish tapas and Chinese mythology inspired cocktails while the Secret Garden's open-air terrace is a great place to unwind.
Interior design at the Mira Moon takes its starting point from the Moon Festival fairy tale - a legend in Chinese mythology about the Goddess of Immortality. The Mira Moon is a 5 minutes' drive from Hong Kong's Central District and a short walk to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
